The report of C.J.M. Saharanpur has been received in compliance of the order dated 22.2.2006. Relying upon the report of Sri Gajendra, C.J.M. Saharanpur that accused Ilmu has died  6-7 years back I abate the case against the accused -appellant. Regarding the accused Sarif, the learned C.J.M. reported that he has left the village about 14 years back

The C.J.M. Saharanpur is desired to exhaust all the coercive methods to ensure the arrest of the appellant Sarif. The steps shall include the recovery of amount of bail bonds .

The C.J.M. Shall also call for the report from the revenue authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar whether appellant Sarif has any property in U.P. or not.
