Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a motor mechanic. The allegation against the applicant is that from his possession one stolen motorcycle and one stolen scooter have been recovered. The recovery was not supported by any public witness. The applicant is in jail since 20.2.2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Sandeep Kumar alias Sanjay alias Kallu involved in Case Crime No. Nil of 2006, under Sections 41/411 I.P.C., Police Station Puramufti , District Kaushambi be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
