Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report lodged at Case Crime No. 581 of 2006 under Sections 409/420  I.P.C., P.S. Fareedpur, district Bareilly.

From the perusal of the F.I.R.  prima facie cognizable offence is made out.

No ground for interference is made out. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, it is provided that in case the petitioner surrenders or is produced before the court concerned within 7 days from today in the aforesaid case crime and apply for bail, his prayer for bail shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
