It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is named in the F.I.R. She is a lady and no stolen property has been recovered from her possession. She has been implicated only on account of doubt and suspicion. The applicant is in jail since 16.2.2006
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Smt Sunita involved in Case Crime No. 377 of 2005, under Section 380 I.P.C., Police Station Babupurwa , District Kanpur Nagar be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
