1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 31.3.2006 passed by respondent no.2.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the Standing counsel  for the  respondents.

3. The suspension order states that the charge sheet is being given separately. In case it has not already been served then respondent no. 2 may serve  the charge sheet within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Thereafter the  petitioner may  reply the same. Respondent no. 2 may decide  the entire proceeding at an early date,  if possible, within three  months  from the date of filing  of reply to the charge sheet. The petitioner while  filing reply will file a  certified copy of this order; necessary  documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope along with the reply. Respondent no.2 after taking decision will communicate the  same to the petitioner.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
