The petitioner has approached this Court against a notice dated 6.7.2005 issued by the District Magistrate, Jhansi requiring the petitioner to show cause as to why his arms license be not cancelled. No order has been passed against the petitioner and the petitioner has filed this petition in this Court only against a show cause notice. Even otherwise the petitioner is approaching this Court after more than ten months of issuance of the show cause notice without explaining the reasons for such delay and also without stating as to why he has not appeared before the authority concerned on the date fixed in the show cause notice and what has transpired till date. This Court would not be inclined to interfere with the notice impugned in this writ petition.

This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
