Hon. Sunil Ambwani, J.
This second appeal is pending in this Court for the last more than 30 years. Learned counsel for the appellant expired long ago. The senior counsel appearing for him shifted to Supreme Court more than 20 years ago. The Registrar was directed to issue notices to the appellant to engage another counsel The office reports that these notices have returned back with the remarks that the appellant no. 1 is not living on the address. The appellant no. 2 has left for Delhi with his family and has died and appellant no. 3 is living in Buland Shahr and has died. The record does not show that any substitution applications were filed by the appellants.
The appellants have not taken care to pursue this second appeal for the last more than ten years. The second appeal is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
