We have heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned judgment.
The appellant has been assigned the role of exhortation to co-accused Umesh @ Pappu who was said to have fired at the deceased, namely Sitaram.
Let the appellant- Mukesh be enlarged on bail during pendency of appeal on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Fatehpur in S.T. No. 248 of 1995, State Vs. Umesh @ Pappu and another provided the entire amount of fine is deposited by the appellant within a period of one month from today.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate will send photocopies of the bail bonds to the Court immediately.
