The compliance report dated 22.3.2006 in compliance of the order dated 2.2.2006 has been received after recording the statement of CW-1 Banwari and C.W.2 Jagmohan and C.W.3 SI Vinod Kumar. The C.J.M. Agra reported that the report about death of accused Sheo Charan son of Budha Ram is verified.

In view of the said report  of learned C.J.M. Agra the case against sole respondent stands abated. It need not be listed again.

The appeal is disposed of.
