This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that though the petitioner succeeded in the first round of litigation after a long period as the suit was filed by the father of the petitioner in the year 1966 but the petitioner is facing problems in the execution as the execution proceedings are not making any progress.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Govind Saran learned counsel appearing for the respondents, we dispose of this petition requesting the learned Court to proceed most expeditiously and dispose of Civil Misc. Application No. Nil of 2005(Dudh Nath Pal Vs. Union of India) filed in reply of Civil Misc. Application No. 34 of 2005 (Union of India Vs. Laxman) under Section 47 CPC filed in Execution Case No. 1 of 2004 (Laxman Vs. Union of India) in Civil Suit No. 140 of 1966 (Laxman Vs. Union of India) and all other applications filed during these proceedings and dispose of the execution proceedings as early as possible resorting to the provisions of Order XVII Rule 1 CPC.
