1. This is a writ petition against the order dated 7.4.2006 ordering for lodging of the FIR.

2. We have heard the counsel for the petitioner and the standing counsels for the respondents. In case the FIR is lodged the petitioner would be at liberty to take such proceeding as permissible under the law. At the same time he would be also at liberty to challenge the order dated 7.4.2006. With these observations the writ petition is dismissed as premature.
