Anees Ahmad Ansari v. Director General, Yuva Kalyan Prantiya Rakshak Dal Lkw. - WRIT - C No. 23754 of 2006 RD-AH 8671 (1 May 2006)
Hon. Dr. B.S. Chauhan, J.
Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.
The pleadings and the averments made in the writ petition make no sense. In reply to the queries put by us, the learned counsel for the petitioner simply says that they are typographical errors.
The learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to point out the post which respondent no.4 is holding and nor he is in a position to explain as under what circumstances the complaint, which is annexed as Annexure ''3' to the writ petition was made. The persons named in the said complaint have also not been impleaded as respondents in this petition.
In such a fact situation, the writ petition cannot be entertained. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
