Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.  

The applicant was found in possession of One kilogram of charas.  There is also criminal history of four cases, out of which, one is of N.D.P.S. Act.

The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is in jail since 4.1.2005.  This alone cannot be ground for consideration of bail in such a huge recovery, which reaches up to the commercial quantity.

Thus, no ground for bail is made out, hence bail application is rejected.
