Prosecution case is that the accused appellant on 1.5.2005 fired at the police party but no one was injured. Before the accused can make second fire, he was arrested and the country made pistol was recovered from his possession.
The contention of the learned counsel for the appellant is that accused has been falsely implicated in this case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, accused shall remain on bail during pendency of this appeal in S.T. Nos. 471 and 472 of 2005 on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The appellant shall deposit the amount of fine as imposed on him before he released on bail.
The record of the lower court be requisitioned.
