The petitioner has been  suspended by an order dated 7.2.2006 on the ground of removal of documents annexed in the application form of the applicant. The suspension order has been issued on the basis of a preliminary report. The charge of removal of documents by the petitioner, who was a Principal of the Gram Shiksha Samiti is a serious charge and, therefore this Court is not inclined to interfere in the suspension order at this stage. Since the inquiry is underway, I direct the authority to complete the inquiry and decide the matter finally within there months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is dismissed.
