Reference order dated 12.4.2006, the Official Liquidator has submitted his Report No. 117 of 2006.

Shri Mahtab Singh Rawat, Ex Managing Director of the Company has given his consent. The Allahabad Bank has already given  its  consent for sale including plot No. 1088,  on which the godown is situated and the  land is mortgaged to the Allahabad Bank.  Shri Rawat had  withdrawn his objection vide letter dated 12.4.2006 for sale of plot No. 1088.

The Official Liquidator will remind Shri Mahtab Singh Rawat to submit his affidavit in pursuance of order dated 12.4.2006. The date for advertisement is extended for inviting bids by registered post or speed post. After  including the area of plot No. 1088 the total area of land will be 10.60 acres.

Let the Official Liquidator advertise the land and building belonging to the Company (In Liq.) for sale with Reserve Price of Rs. 53,000,00.00 and Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 5,00,000.00. The advertisement shall be carried out in leading news papers. The sealed  tenders shall be invited to be received in the office of Registrar General, High Court at Allahabad on or before 17.7.2006 by registered post or speed post. The tenders despatched on or before 05.7.2006,  even if received after 12.7.2006 shall be accepted. The tenders can also be submitted in the office of the Official Liquidator upto 05.00 P.M. on  12.7.2006 and shall be opened in chambers on 19.7.2006 at 02.00 PM. The Registrar General be informed with the order.
