HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Tarun Agarwala,J.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 15.7.2005 and the relieving order. The petitioner contends that the transfer order as well as the relieving order are in violation of the guidelines framed by the State Government. The Supreme Court in the case of  State of U.P. and others vs. Goverdhan Lal,  AIR 2004 SC 2165  has held that the transfer order cannot be set aside even though it violates the guidelines framed by the State Government.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. The writ petition is dismissed.

In the event the petitioner makes an appropriate representation before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered expeditiously.
