This petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is however, observed that the petitioners' application under Order 39 Rule 2-A C.P.C. which is pending before the trial court against which objections etc. are not said to have been filed, will be taken up by the trial court in right earnest and shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of filing a certified copy of this order. The court will not permit any adjournment to either of the parties before disposal of this petition.
