We have heard Sri A. Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vivek Saran, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.
Petitioner No. 1 Km. Reenu Rani is present in Court. She has been identified by Sri Vivek Saran, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 as well as by Sri A. Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners. Km. Reenu Rani has stated that Neeraj alias Shiv Om has abducted her. She has further stated that sister of Neeraj alias Shiv Om is married in her family and she does not want to live with her husband that is why Neeraj alias Shiv Om for the purposes of taking revenge has abducted her.
In this view of the mater, we find no merit in the petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed and the stay order is hereby vacated.
Km. Reenu Rani, who is present in the Court, is free to go with her father. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are directed not to interfere in the life of Km. Rene Rani henceforth.
Km. Reenu Rani, who is present in the court, is hereby ordered to sign on the order sheet, as a matter of evidence of the presence in the Court.
