Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to prosecution version 3 cases have been shown against the applicant in the gang chart, out of which the applicant has been released on bail in two case and he has applied for bail in 3rd case Crime no. Nill of 2006, under Section 41/411/414 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail for last 1-1/2 month.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Ajit Kumar Singh involved in Case Crime No. 83 of 2006, under Sections 3/1 U.P. Gangster Act Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
