The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Committee of Management declaring the respondent No.5 senior to the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner has already appealed before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Moradabad Region, Moradabad, respondent No.2.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the matter with regard to the inter-se-seniority between the petitioner and the respondent No.5 after hearing all the parties within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
