Leave is granted to correct the date of issuance of process under Section 482 Cr.P.C..

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A..

It is contended on behalf of the applicants that sufficient reasons have not been given in summoning the accused after rejecting the final report.

Issue notice to respondent no.2.

Counter affidavit will be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, will be filed within two weeks.

List on 18.7.2006.

After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the applicants, the further proceedings in Complaint Case No.1791 of 2001, State Vs. Santosh and others, under Sections 323,406,452,307,427 I.P.C, P.S. Sheoli, District Kanpur Dehat pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat shall remain stayed till the next date of listing.
