This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 4.2.2006 whereby the restoration application of the respondent no. 3 has been allowed.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

In my view, there was substantial ground for allowing the restoration application. There is no good ground for interference with the impugned order. This writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
