         Heard counsel for the parties.

The controversy involved in this case is covered by the judgment dated 1.3.2006, in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 65843 of 2005 Manish Kumar Vs. Vice Chancellor and others which is as under:-

         "Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut has taken decision for not accepting/recognizing the Degree and Certificate issued by Gurukul Vishwavidyalaya, Vrindavan, Mathura.

       The decision taken by the University falls within its domain in as much as the University is fully competent to determine as to whether Degree/Certificates issued by the said institution are to be accepted or not.

         In these circumstances and in this background there is no infirmity in the decision taken by the University.

       Consequently, present writ petition is dismissed.

I have no reasons to differ with the opinion given in the aforesaid judgment. Following the decision  in the aforesaid judgment dated 1.3.2006 in Civil Misc.Writ Petition No.  65843 of 2005 Manish Kumar Vs. Vice Chancellor (supra), the writ petition is dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be given to the counsel for the petitioner on payment of usual charges today.
