HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Sushil Harkauli, J.

Hon'ble Vikram Nath, J.

Writ petition of the petitioner has already been decided by final order dated 6.2.2006. Petitioner has filed this fresh writ petition on the ground that the judgment dated 6.2..2006 of this Court has not been complied with.

After having obtained a final judgment or for that matter even an interim order is passed, it is not open to any litigant to file a fresh petition on the allegation of non-compliance of that order. The proper remedy in such circumstances is to approach civil contempt Bench.

Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
