Smt. Satyawati And 29 Others v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 74426 of 2005 RD-AH 9254 (9 May 2006)
Hon'ble Yatindra Singh,J
This is a writ petition for a direction to the respondents to issue allotment letter of the house in favour of the petitioners.
We have heard the counsel for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for the respondents.
According to the petitioners they have already given representation on 10.10.2005 before respondent no.2. As no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.
In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioners' representation dated 10.10.2005 may be decided by the concerned authority by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner alongwith certified copy of this order will also file a copy of his aforesaid representation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope. The concerned respondent after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
