This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Sonu arraigned in case Crime No. 870 of 2005 under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police station Bhojeepura, district Bareilly.
Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the gang chart criminal history of five cases has been mentioned and in all the cases the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The learned counsel argued that co-accused Kailash Singh has been released on bail by an order dated 8.3.2006 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4685 of 2006 and the case of the applicant is similar to the said accused.
The applicant has been released on bail in all the five cases shown in the gang chart. Co-accused Kailash Singh has been granted bail by an order dated 8.3.2006. In view of these facts, I consider it to be a fit case for grant of bail.
Let the applicant Sonu arraigned in case Crime No. 870 of 2005 under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act,, Police station Bhojeepura, district Bareilly, be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
