HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Dr. B.S. Chauhan, J.

Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Union of India to ensure the return of the petitioner's son so that he can come back from foreign country to look after his ailing wife. It is not the case of the petitioner that his son is under detention in foreign land. He has gone voluntarily to serve in the Middle East and there is nothing on record to show that there is any prohibition put by the Union of India on his return. In such a fact situation we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
