1. The petitioner has submitted that his licence of fair price shop was cancelled on 27.4.2006. Against this order the petitioner has filed an appeal before respondent no. 1.  Alongwith this appeal, he has also filed an application  for interim stay order. As no order has been passed, she has filed the present  writ petition.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the Standing counsel  for the  respondents.

3. In the  circumstances of the case, respondent no.1 will pass a reasoned order on the  stay application of the petitioner at an early date preferably within a month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
