Heard Sri Prabhaker Dubey learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sandeep Mukerjee learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents at length and perused the record.

I find that the writ petition is misconceived and devoid of merits. The petitioners have no locus standie to move the present writ petition seeking the relief sought far in this petition. No valid ground has been disclosed in support of the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
