The applicant is involved in Case Crime No.186 of 2005, under Section 18/19, 18/26 N.D.P.S. Act, Central Narcotics Beauro, Office of Superintendent(Prevention) Prevention & Aasoochana, Prakostha, Bareilly.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the prosecution.
Admittedly, the accused-applicant was license holder for cultivation of opium. From the complaint, it appears that he had mad some adulteration in the opium supplied to weighing Centre which has been denied by the applicant. This is a matter of evidence whether there was any adulteration in the opium supplied by the applicant, which was 2.110 Kg.
In such circumstances, the applicant is entitled for bail.
Let the applicant Mishri Lal be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
