Through application dated 10.12.1995 copy of which was given to learned counsel for the petitioner on 14.12.1995, it has been brought on record that petitioner No.1 had died. Even after more than 10 years no substitution application to bring on record legal representatives of petitioner No.1 has been filed.
Accordingly writ petition is dismissed as abated against petitioner No.1.
Let the effect of this abatement on the writ petition on behalf of other petitioners be considered at the time of final hearing of the case.
