This writ petition has been filed raising the personal grievance as well as the grievance of large number of people that branch of the Bank is being shifted and it will create hardship to them.

Sri Tarun Verma learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 to 4 has raised the objection that there are guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India dated 8th September, 2005 and it is necessary to shift the said Branch of the Bank in the neighboring area.

In the fact situation of the case, we do not see any reason to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
