Sri R.P. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a decree in a suit under Section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act has been passed in favour of the petitioner on 31.3.1997 and the petitioner applied for entry of her name on the plot, which was the subject matter of the suit and the application is pending since 21.6.2002 before the Up Zila Adhikari, Meh Nagar, Azamgarh but no order has been passed thereon.
I have heard the learned Standing Counsel who represents respondents 1, 2 and 3 and Sri Anuj Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 Gaon Sabha.
In the facts and circumstances of the case as the application of the petitioner is pending since a long time it is directed that the said application be disposed of by the Up Zila Adhikari by appropriate order in accordance with law after opportunity to the parties concerned, if possible, within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed by the petitioner before him.
With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
