This writ petition has been filed raising the grievance that the petitioner being aggrieved by the order of the District Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 22nd December, 2005 has filed the appeal before the respondent no. 2, the learned Divisional Commissioner, Agra under Rule 258 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj, Rules 1992 which is still pending consideration. Thus a direction be issued to decide the said appeal.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition requesting the learned Appellate Authority to decide the said appeal in accordance with law expeditiously after considering the pendency of cases and taking into consideration the schedule already fixed by the Court in other cases.
