On the facts, submission as made and the grounds so taken in the writ petition, it is directed as an interim measure that petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- within a period of one month from today upon which remaining amount may not be recovered by taking any coercive process till the next date. In the event of default in depositing the amount as directed above, the interim protection given by this Court shall cease to operate and it will be open for the respondent bank to recover the amount by taking any coercive process to which petitioner undertakes not to object.
Respondent no. 1 and 2 are represented by the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
Issue notice to respondent no. 3. Steps will be taken within ten days. All the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date.
