Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The facts giving rise to the present writ petition are squarely covered by the judgment and order of this Court in Writ Petition No.2425 (S/S) of 2004 ; Ram Narayan and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 6th May, 2005.

Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment and order of this Court, referred to above, and it is provided that the petitioners shall also be entitled to the benefits of the said judgment.
