This is a writ petition  against the order dated 10.2.2006 passed under section 10 of the U.P. (Regulation of Building Operation ) Act, 1958.

We have heard counsel for the petitioner and  the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner may, if so advised, file an appeal against the said order under section 15 of the aforesaid Act.

With these observations,  the writ petition is dismissed.
