Bhure Singh v. State Of U.P. & Others - WRIT - B No. 18705 of 2007 RD-AH 10000 (24 May 2007)
Hon'ble Janardan Sahai, J.
This writ petition arises out of chak allotment proceedings. The petitioner and respondent no. 5 are brothers. At the Settlement Officer Consolidation stage the petitioner was allotted chak no. 356 towards south whereas chak no. 108 of Kartar was allotted in north. The petitioner filed revision. The Deputy Director Consolidation has allowed the revision. The finding is that the trees, boring etc. of the petitioner are on the north. For this purpose the adjustment has been made by shifting the petitioner to the north. Counsel for the petitioner relied upon paragraphs 3, 5 and 6 of the ground of revision. The ground no. 3 of the revision itself indicates that the demand of the petitioner was for allotment of chak on northern side. The order does not suffer from any illegality. Dismissed.
