Heard Sri N.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri H.P. Dubey, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no.1.
The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the letter of intent issued by the respondents 80 percent work has been completed and despite several requests being made, agreement has not been executed. Sri H.P. Dubey, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 submitted that the respondent no.4 may be directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner.
In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent no.4 that if there is no legal impediment, agreement shall be executed in pursuance of the letter of intent against which the petitioner claimed to have completed 80 percent work within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of the order before respondent no.4.
