      This writ petition arises out of chak allotment. The petitioner has been alloted two chaks.  Both the chaks are on his original numbers. The petitioner's case was that plot no. 958 is of high commercial value and he has not been given the land adjoining the road. The petitioner no doubt has been allotted land on plot no. 958 but not on the road side. The finding is that plot No. 958 is on chak road  and not on pucci sadak and the case of the petitioner  that the land is of high commercial value has not been accepted. The finding is one of fact. No ground for interference has been made out. Dismissed.
