Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri K.D. Tripathi and the learned counsel for the respondents Sri Rajiv Ojha holding the brief of Sri Ranjit Saxena.
In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.60,000/- within a period of six weeks with respondent no.2, Executive Engineer, Urban Distribution Division IV Dakshinanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. Hotel Complex, Fatehabad Road Agra, (U.P.) and files an objection within the same period, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks thereafter by a speaking and reasoned order.
Till the decision of the objection, no recovery shall be made against the petitioner.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
