The petitioner's case is that the order dated 4.10.82 was passed by the Consolidation Officer in proceedings under Section 9A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, which has not been given effect to. A restoration application has been filed by the respondent which is pending. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the restoration application is not maintainable. It is open to the petitioner to raise all his contentions before the Consolidation officer where the application is said to be pending. No ground for interference  in extra ordinary jurisdiction is made out. The writ petition is disposed of.
