This petition has been filed against the recovery certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is ready to deposit the entire amount due under the recovery certificate.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to such deposits being made by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the recovery certificate shall be kept in abeyance provided the petitioner deposits the entire amount due under the recovery certificate in three equal instalments at an interval of two months in the following manner:-

1. The first instalment shall be paid by 30.6.2007,

2. The second instalment shall be paid by 30.8.2007 and

3. The third instalment (including interest) shall be paid by 30.10.2007.

In case the petitioner fails to deposit any of the instalments, it shall be open to the respondents to give effect to the recovery certificate.

Subject to the observations made above, the writ petition is disposed of.
