The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners giving protection from the respondent Nos.4 and 5 who are threatening to the life of the petitioners.

The petitioner No.1 Smt. Sweta her date of birth recorded according to the High School Certificate is 16.12.1988 and the date of birth of Sri Vipin Sharma, petitioner No.2 his date of birth according to High School Certificate is 4.4.1985, therefore, they are major.  A marriage certificate issued by the Registrar, Hindu Marriage Act, Meerut, dated 14.5.2007 has also been annexed as Annexure 2 to the writ petition showing therein that they have married and they are husband and wife.  It has been submitted by the petitioners that the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 who are father and mother of petitioner No.1 are threatening  petitioners. For the said purpose petitioner No.1 has submitted an application before the Senior Superintendent of Police Meerut.  The petitioners Nos. 1 and 2 have also been examined by the Court and they have stated that they are happily leading their life as husband and wife and they will also live in future as husband and wife.

In view of the aforesaid fact and from the documents annexed to the writ petition it clearly appears that both the petitioners have married and living happy married life.

The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Meerut to see that the respondents Nos. 4 and 5 may not threatened the petitioners and in case, there is some threatening the protection may be given to the petitioners.

No order as to costs.
