I have heard Sri D.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Against the order passed by the Commissioner under Workmen Compensation  Act, 1923, the petitioners have got a remedy of filing an appeal before this Court under Section 30 of the Act.  

The writ petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable and it is hereby dismissed.  

No order as to costs.
