HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Dilip Gupta, J.

The petitioner has sought the quashing of the recovery notice dated 11th January, 2007 issued by the Taxation Officer Banda. Since the petitioner has challenged the consequential order without challenging the main order, this petition is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not been supplied the copy of the main order passed by the said officer.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that if the petitioner moves an application for supplying the copy of the main order, the same shall be given to him within seven days.

The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the main order, if so advised.
