The petitioner seeks admission to the M.B.B.S course for the academic session 2006-07 which started in July, 2006.

This petition has been filed after a period of 11 months when sufficient teaching work must have already been done. In such circumstances this petition cannot be entertained at this stage. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
