Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Perused the allegations of the F.I.R. and the material on record.

Issue notice to respondent no. 4 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. In the meantime learned A.G.A. may also file counter affidavit. One week thereafter is allowed to learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing or till submission of charge-sheet, whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioner namely Vijay Kumar Sharma in Case Crime No. 118 of 2006 under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station Jewar, district Gautam Budh Nagar shall remain stayed provided the petitioner cooperates with the investigation.
