Heard Sri Jagdev Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and also perused the record.
It is submitted that the applicant has been granted bail in all the four cases on the basis of which he was implicated in this case.
The aforesaid fact is not disputed by learned A.G.A. although the bail has been opposed.
Having heard the parties' counsel and keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any view on merit, the applicant may be granted bail in this case also now.
Let applicant, Suresh S/o Tannu be released on bail in case crime No. 533 of 2007 under Sections 2/3 of Gangster Act, P.S. Kotwali Shahar, District Bijnor on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
